Hartford CT Chapter

Dr. Penny Tate & Dr. Ashely Bruins is the direct contact for this Chapter which is a member division of the Heart Bible Institute in good standing serving the Greater Hartford community and is entitled to all the rights and privileges there. HBI Hartford Chapter is able to help hundreds of clients over the years, through our yearly, back-to-school, Christmas, and winter coat giveaway. We also give away clothing and through our weekly food program at different locations throughout the city, meeting the demands through our dedicated staff. We are thankful for our chaplains who faithfully are able to serve our community and providing pastoral care.
